Hello,

since a few weeks I have the problem that when I open the TrackIR software (latest version), it shows me that the device is being searched. Nothing more happens. The program hangs completely and the PC must be restarted.

I have already uninstalled the software and the hardware several times, according to the instructions in the FAQ. Without success. After installation, TrackIR is also displayed in the device manager. But as soon as the software is started, everything hangs. I use Windows 11 as operating system.

Hopefully someone can help me.

Was the TrackIR software working prior to a few weeks ago? Would you please verify whether there were any updates around that time? In particular, please look for updates to your graphics card as well as Windows Updates.
