FYI...I tested the unit on another computer that has never had TrackIR installed and there was no change. It is definitely a broken unit.

Do you have another computer you can test the hardware on? The user above found that their issue was caused by defective hardware, and they purchased a replacement camera, which resolved the issue. If you are still seeing the same issue when connecting the camera to a different computer, then this may be a hardware issue with the camera itself. Please note that our cameras have a 1 year warranty: https://www.trackir.com/warranty.
