Raw Feedback on V4.0 software

Neither complaint nor praise, only observations.
- Installing v4.0-did not uninstall v3.12 at all. V3.12 still works if I click on the old icon. This does not seem to cause any problems though, I just wanted to make you aware of it.
- Didn't like the "in-game head" thing at first (after all that time using the x,y co-ordinate, I guess I was just thrown a little). But after using it, I see it is MUCH better representation than the x,y
- The new software did NOT seem to want to follow the active dot, so I turned my active dot off and attached a reflector to my boom and turned the TrackIR emitters back on, and have had NO problems with tracking at all, even though my glasses send a signal when I rotate my head a certain way. It is as if the track IR just ignores the signal sent by my glasses.
-CFS3 works great. I was extremely skeptical of this, because CFS3 is a power hunger monster. In the past, I would use the pan feature. Sometimes when I'd pan, it would kill the frame rates. TrackIR doesn't seem to work at all in the same way. I never had a problems with frame rates due to panning with track IR.
-CFS3 trackIR tracking has a slightly different feel than IL2 enhanced does. In CFS3 it actually kind of feels like the mouse mode does in IL2, BUT IT WORKS MUCH BETTER THAN MOUSE MODE just kind of feels like it. Let me completely clear on this; It, in no way works like the mouse mode does, it just kind of feels like it. It always knows where center is and never causes you to get lost. It works exactly like enhanced mode. I just thought it felt a little different.
-CFS3 The only time I even had even the slightest problem with trackIR in CFS3 was when I was trying to record tracks. I believe this was because the fraps program was dragging down my frame rates to below 15 at times. Even then, the problems were slight and only very seldom.
All in all, I am very impressed, and it doesn't seem I need to worry at all about not having my active dot anymore.
