Polish Windows 2000 Compatibility?

I saw that in version 4.0.019 compatibility with German version of Windows was added.
In Poland we have our version of Windows too, similiar to German when it comes to numbers notation:
On million (with two decimal places) is in Poland written this way:
1.000.000,00
Should I expect compatibility of 4.0.019 with Windows 2000 Proffesional Polish version, TrackIR3 and FS2004 English (or US?)version - we don't have localised Polish FS2004???
