Sensor flashes yellow

I bought a track ir 5, it works perfectly, but when the PC is turned off, the sensor flashes yellow every 5 seconds. Can you turn it off somehow?

I would try connecting it to a different USB port. Some USB ports remain powered after the computer is shut down. This is useful when connecting a device that needs to charge to the computer, but it is likely causing your TrackIR to turn off and on, causing the LED to flash.
