Frustration

well it was working, then i tried to make an adjustment, now nothing works...

the green light comes on, but no tracking occurs...

it seems that I can highlight the game I want to use, but when I start the game, by double clicking on it, the highlight disappears on the profile, so it doesn't work...

green light still comes on though...

today it worked again, later it stopped working and the led lights stayed on even after I shut down the trackir...

Let me be sure that I uderstand your question correctly...

The green tracking light is on, yet there is no movement in game. What game are you playing?

Ok, I've had some confusion with this product, which I am not ready to give up on as I think it has a lot of potential...

however, when you get the software and load it, it is the old version, yes? and when you go to this website and download the new version, you end up with 2 different interfaces for setting up the trackir...

so what I did was unplug the hardware unit and uninstall all the software, then reinstalled the newer software...

now I am just trying to get this to work with FS2004...

First off, make sure you are running version 4.20 for the TrackIR software.

Second, make sure in the profiles tab, next to MS FS2004 you have a profile selected in the auto-load area.

Third, when you get in game, does the Blue LED come on inside the case?

Four, are you in the Virctual Cockpit (s) as it is the only place in FS2004 it works.
