Yes, the TrackIR 5.4 software is compatible with "the TrackIR 3 (with Vector Expansion only), TrackIR 4, and TrackIR 5 hardware. Older versions of the TrackIR are not compatible, and will not work with this software. The software will present a warning if incompatible hardware is detected."
