Track Ir Camera Disconnecting itself from windows

The camera will appear under the devices as (track ir 5) for maybe a half second then disconnect itself(i get the little sounds windows plays for devices). it i let it stay unplugged for a while itll stay plugged in for a bit longer but wont work in the software. was working just fine yesterday and never had any problems now its just dead in the water.

Is your camera connected directly a USB port on your motherboard, or is it connected through a USB hub or docking station? Have you tried connecting the TrackIR to a different USB port or tested it using a different computer? If you are still having trouble with it, please contact us for technical support at
