When my TIR3 Standard (with vector and 4.0.020 SW) is operating (TIR software started) I can clearly see two red LEDs (one above another) on the left side of TIR illuminating. Two LEDs on right side are dark (dead?). Is this normal or my just received TIR3 is faulty (two broken red LEDs)?

With TIR2 I was unable to see any red LEDs (I think these LED were working in infrared range).

I have an identical problem. same led's also only mine light up intermittantly

Is this only the red LED's? do the other lights on the unit function correctly?

If you have a problem with the red LED's not illuminating then please e-mail me.

I my case I have only problem with two red LEDs on right side of te unit. Other LEDs (blue inside and multicolor on top) are working correctly. Two red LEDs on right side are illuminating too.
