Installed ok No tracking

Hi i have installed everything ok and all the lights come on etc with no problems in the program it says its enabled however when i look on the tracking section i just get a green flickering picture. I have tried re-installing but i still get the same problem.
Also i had this working a few weeks ago. But now it doesnt.
