Previous version of Motive software not opening

I was using the 3.1 beta version of the motiv, and I'm going back to the 3.0.3 final version to use the hand tracking device.

However, when 3.0.3 final version is installed and executed, a window with a motiv logo appears for a while and the program does not open up.

After deleting all of them, version 3.1 is installed again, and version 3.1 is working normally. After that, even if i delete version 3.1 and install versions 3.0.0, 3.0.1, and 3.0.2, it does not run as in version 3.0.3.

The same phenomenon is repeated when the OS is rebooted or Motiv is reinstalled.

Does anyone else have the solution for this problem?
