Good morning, I am trying to setup a system with n4 Flex 3 cameras and one Optihub 2. I am using motive 2.3.0.
I get the 4 camera to be recognized, but all of them is numbered as 0, and on the boxes of the single cameras view, I can see model and serial number is correctly recognized, but there is a red alert reporting "Sync: None". Trying to change the settings to make it work, sometimes I also get a red alert in the reconstruction view, which says there is no data incoming. I connected the cameras with the optihub (Ports 1 to 4), I powered the optihub, and connected the optihub to the pc. I am not using any of the sync connection because I want to rely only the OptiSync synchronization, however it does not work for some reasons.
Could you please help me to find the correct settings?
