How do i remove Tir Corrupt files?

My Tracker has been locking up bad so i thought i'd uninstall and reinstall. Upon doing this it tells me of files that cannot be removed that belong to my Tr3 Pro.I've Even tried using Uninstall Plus with no luck. Any Suggestions?
