Exporting Rigid Bodies from Motive 3.1

Post by c.s.chapman »

Hi,

We are using Motive 3.1 to export data to CSVs from several Rigid Bodies. In the past, we've used the solved position of the markers (now available via the "Constraints" selection during export). But now, these solved markers still exist even when the Rigid Body is not detected in the scene. So - a Rigid Body that leaves the scene still appears frozen in the data at its last known position. This creates a bunch of Rigid Body phantoms in our exported data.

I realize we could just use the "Markers" that get exported, but we have found our data benefits from the Rigid Body solutions. Is there any way to get the Rigid Body Contraint export to show no data (or NaNs) when the Rigid Body is not visible?
