have installed ms 2004 and tracker works after pressing s but no dials are in view or they become static is there anything i have to do to see and use them etc

Let me be sure that I understand your question correctly.

Are you using version 3 or 4 software?

The "S" key cycles through the views in FS2004, and when you reach the virtual cockpit there is no gauges on the panel? Or is there no panel?

Check in your Fs2004 modules folder and see if the trackIR.dll is there, if so delete it.

If you start FS2004 without TrackIR is everything working correctly?

I cycle to V cockpit then depends on aircraft some have guages and others have none but generally all guages are frozen or very poor quality etc.

It might just be the plane ? what plane works well in Ir so i can compare etc to see quality etc

I use version 4 and no dll in Fs2004

dowmloaded 9.1 patch for 2004 and vertual cockpits seem to be ok now.
