Is this a bad thing???

I've been suffering from crashes and hard locks on PF as most of you have too. My problem is when i try to uninstall my Tr 3Pro and reinstall with the new drivers my comp tells me it cannot remove previous files.Example(C:windows\inf\oem23.inf). Is this the cause of my serious lockups? Or are they nothing to worry about? I even use uninstall plus to remove and or fix these little bugger's. Any help would be much appreciated, i hate being grounded hanger life sucks! Zombie

Ensure that the software is not running. Sometimes its very difficult to notice, especially when you have run at start up checked.
You might want to ensure that you have the necessary admin rights to remove INF files. If you installed these under an amin account they will need to be removed under the same account.
Lastly you will need to disconnect your unit from the USB before un-installing.
If you are still having a problem, please let me know and I can help you with a fresh install.
