All of a sudden after a few hours of playing my TiR3 has stopped tracking! Not only does it not pick it up under "Tracking" there isn't even a black box, I think the IR has gone (Although the four red lights inside the camera stay on) I used both the 3.10 and the new software (TrackIR_4.0.021.exe)

Please help! Its not tracking at all and I even put every single dot I have infront of it but there isnt even a box to pick it up in. I have reinstalled it many times the exact way the manual has said and under device manager it says "Naturalpoint TrackIR 3" and not "Unknowen"

The status is on "No Data" and NOT "Disabled"

PLEASE HELP ME! I have had it less that 12 hours and its broken.

XperiAnceZA, I would sugest dropping Wayne or Warren a email with your TIR serial number and a screen shot of the problem.

Before you fire off the mail a couple of things to check.
Is your joystick/HOTAS/wheel plugged into a hub along with the TIR? If so I would sugest keeping the TIR and the joystick/HOTAS/wheel on seperate USB conections (on the PC not hub).

If you get some success with that try having the TIR and reflector about 30-36" away and the sensor 2" above the reflector. Also adjust the sensore do that the reflector is in the centre of the tracking window.

If none of that helps the fire off the mail.
