V120:trio cable

Dear,
I recently purchased a V120:trio on eBay, but unfortunately, it appears to have arrived with a damaged cable. The package did not include the I-O/X breakout box, and instead, the seller provided a custom cable that directly connects to the USB and power supply.
Will the device function properly with this custom cable setup? Additionally, do you offer a replacement cable along with the I-O/X breakout box for this model?
