Is it possible for any of you guys to share with me the well known Seth Flight Profile please?
I don't find it anywhere on the web.

The attachment feature for our forum is not currently working. I did find another site that had the contents of the Seth Flight profile that you can copy and paste to create your own .XML profile file: https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/641033-trackir-help/.
