Hello all -
I plan to use the Track IR sensor in a racing cockpit to go along with a 106" screen which will be about 10 feet away from me.... Since I do not have a typical "monitor" I was planning on installing the sensor behind my head (possibly wearing the hat backwards)....is this possible?

Alternatively, how far away can the sensor be mounted from the user?

NeoMatrix,

I talked with one user that did something not unlike what you have described.
He actually mounted the unit on a bracket above his steering wheel.

If you are using Vector I would suggest around an arms length away.
