Possible to limit your range of view?

Hi,
Any way, in sims like NASCAR Sim Racing, etc.. I don't need or want to look in the back seat (same with MSFS2004). I want to limit my view to 180 degrees max.
I guess I am too stupid to figure out how to do that <s> I brought up the Racing default profile (for instance) and then selected YAW and don't know what to do from there (yes, I printed out the help file

Can someone please tell me how to do that? Everytime I move my head too much and end up in the back seat, it gets stuck for a couple of seconds and I can't compensate in enough time and crash.
