Hello, just got my TrackIR Pro 3 and was wondering the best method for installing the unit.

Do I install version 4.0.021 driver first? Is this just an update or the full deal?

Do I install version 3 off disk first? Then update.

Any help would be great.

Welcom to the world of TIR. Do not worry about the disk, get the latest off the downloads section and run that. DO NOT HAVE YOUR TIR PLUGGED IN BEFORE INSTALLING THE DRIVERS.

If you even want to update always unplug the TIR and then use add/rmove programs and then delete the TrackIR folder. Then reboot and run the latest driver and then finally plug in the TIR and when windows moans just click YES and off you go.
