Exchange Track IR 3-Pro for Smart Nav 3?

I stupidly bought a Track IR 3-Pro when I meant to buy a Smart Nav 3. I believe I recieved it last Friday.
Is there some way I can exchange it for a Smart Nav 3 Standard? I realize that I would have to pay the extra $60, but that's not a problem.
I also ordered a trackhat, but I want to keep that.
I don't have a long distance phone carrier, so I can't call the support phone number (at least not without wandering around until I can convince someone to let me make long distance calls on their phone). Is their someone I can email to arrange the exchange?
