Profiles Don't Switch with Games

Hiyas! TrackIR 3 Pro here using the 3.13 software.
Although I have specified a profile to be used with WarBirds and another to be used with FB+AEP+PF the profiles do not switch when I change games. I do have the "Auto Unload This Profile" enabled? I have actually tried it both ways, no help??
What am I missing?
