lost heads ??

just got my trackir3 and installed software. loaded ok - checked calibration ok -played game- il2fb and then went back to check profiles and edit to suit but I have lost my heads in view - tracking and guages ok. have tried both 4.0.022 and 4.0.024 software drivers but the heads have gone - any idea how to get these back ??
