Try this.
Unplug your TIR
Goto "Add/Remove Programs"
Uninstall the TIR
Reboot
Install TIR software
Plug the TIR into a different USB
This should reinstall the TIR and using a different USB port should redo the Regestry enteries.

If you want to manually remove the regestry information then goto run and type "regedit"
Once in the regestry look for:-
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NaturalPoint
Delete the contents of the natural point folder then the actual folder.
Then goto
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}\0011
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\USB\Vid_131d&Pid_0155
I believe this will remove the data from the regestry along with the links to the drivers.
Do not do this unless you are totally happy about doing it, as I cannot be held responcible for any damage done to your regestry. I know that it worked for me with no problems.
