TIR3Pro and software 4.x PROBLEM

I�ve made a clean install of winxp with SP2, all updates and the latest software 4.1.25 and it shows me STATUS: No Data!!!! Drivers are installed successfully and on the unit 4 LEDs are on . Can please someone help me?!
