I have the kit now some days installed and after a lot of fiddling with the settings it works good most of the time.

Until the sun starts shining...

I already have the curtains closed and adjusted filtering, playing with it under and even above 200. But no result.

In the tracking window i see some green and red figures and a lot of horizontal flickering lines, increasing when i move out of the field of view from the TrackIr camera.

I have the device plugged in directly in a PC usb slot, although with a USB extension cable of 3.0 meter.

Any help would be appreciated, I bought the Pro version because it would be less backlight sensitive!

Why no answer from TrackIR staff

There can be no direct light visible by the TrackIR. Adjusting the "Light Filtering" setting is the only thing you can try in a well lit room but even that won't help if there is direct light or anything else reflective in the room with the TrackIR.
