Hi, the FPS is the difference. It is well worth spending that little extra for the Pro especially if you are planning to get the Vector expansion as well as the extra speed does make a bit of a difference in tracking.

even if you do not have any games that will run the Vector at the moment the 3 tracking points is used by the camera and the drivers so that the 2 directions are more stable (ie. if you lean left it is not seen as look left even in 2DOF games.) The extra FOS adds to smoother movement in game.

Which ever you go for stay with it as it can take some getting use to (a bit like learning a mouse did) and most of all ENJOY.

I am about ready to take the plunge and buy a TrackIR. I was wondering if someone could tell me the difference between the Standard TrackIR 3 and the Pro version. The only difference I can clearly see on the website is the FPS rating. Thanks!
