TIR 3 verses TIR 2?

I have a TIR2 and am considering upgrading to the 3. Do you guys that have had experience with the TIR2 see a significant change in TIR3 in the 2DOF mode(I'm an IL-2 player)?

I have not tried the TIR 2, but if it helps the TIR3 is worth it just for the Vector and 6DOF.
The vector really adds stability to the tracking even on non 6DOF enabled games that uses TIR. 6DOF enabled games is like adding TIR all over again. Imagine sitting up and looking town to guage the distance between your wing and the car in front of you, this is what Vector adds to games like GTR.
I do hope that you get the responce from those who have gone from TIR2 to TIR3.
