Hello.
I have an eSynch device which I use to externally trigger a recording. Everything was working fine for years. Yesterday, the external triggers stopped working. The eSynch is still detected correctly. I set "Trigger Source" to Input 1 and Rising Edge as usual. But now when I press record a recording starts right away, instead of waiting for the start pulse to record. Furthermore, I also output the eSynch gated internal clock (set to 25Hz, with a multiplier of 4 to record cameras at 100Hz). This isn't working either. The same problem occurs even if I disconnect everything from the eSynch box, so this is not a faulty connection. I use Motive 2.3.4. I didn't change any settings as far as I can tell.
Anybody has experienced something similar or would have a guess at why the eSynch stopped working?
