Looking at my tracking window any Tracking dot (Vector, Trackhat, Boom mic with reflective material) i get black lines across the green dots horizontally.

I'm unsure about it effecting the performance but it can't be good, any ideas?

Also using Vector mode the 'heads' window no matter how much play with settings, curves, and profiles the heads go crazy and no matter how many times i center it, they still jump and bounce and rotate... ideas?

Hi, if you are only using one dot do not use the Vector option because the camera.software will be expecting 3 dots.

As for the black lines it might be because the camera is picking up some reflections from the mic boom. Try adjusting the 'Light Filtering' in the profiles options and see if that helps.

no reflections i've tested it... now i use no mic boom cause i have vector.. in vector mode for tracking.

also the light filtering i've played with, it's only happened since i reformatted my pc.

What version of the software are you running? Also this happens when you have the "TrackHat" selected in settings so all 3 green dots have the same issue?
