TIR3Pro ... Version 4 driver install

Please provide a Version 4 driver install supporting WinMe users having TIR3Pro and the vector expansion. I currently have to use the 3.13 driver install.
I just purchased TIR3Pro with vector expansion and it appears I am presently screwed cause none of the series 4 drivers will install.
Abandoning Me users makes little sense and providing the continuing driver support given the price of this hardware doesn't really involve a lot of effort.
