unhandled error

just installed the trk ir 3 pro. ok when i go to views it wont let me see head tracking, and it wont let me adjust gauges also it says " unhandled error". also my monitor turns green ,blu and streaky. did hardware chek and all is workin properly. cant figure it out. any thoughts on this. TY
