Please Confirm (64bit question)

Please confirm that the "TrackIR_4.1.027.exe" is the proper driver for the 64 bit system. I have enjoyed its performance on my 32 bit system. Are there any known issues with the new driver?
Here is what I will be using the device with....
System:
CPU
Intel P4 3.2 Ghz (640) 2MB Cache 90nm Retail Box BX80547PG3200F
MOTHERBOARD
MSI P4N Daimond NF4SLI Intel Ed 4DDR2533/667
GRAPHICS CARD:
BFG 6800Ultra PCI Express
