Keyboard Emulation

I understand that the latest drivers do not support mapping keyboard commands to particular head positions (despite the 17 keyboard commands you can apparently issue this way as described on the box). I hear that this was supported in previous drivers and also by third party software. Can someone please point me to where I can get this? I'd like to try to expand the usefullness of my TrackIR starting with emulating the arrow keys so I can scroll around in RTS games. Thanks
