TrackIR3 Pro and Tactical Shooters

My favorites are all the Rainbow Six/Rogue Spear/Ghost Recon games. I play on and offline.
Will track IR 3 Pro work with these? If not, will track IR3 Pro work with Joint Operations? I have no interest in BF2. Too arcadey.
