Progamming TIR in Cougar profiles?

I've downloaded a Cougar tmj profile for F4AF and noted there appears to be instructions to the TIR. Is this possible? Other than turning it on/off, what else is there?

I'd have to test it myself before I could give a good answer. Where did you download this from?
