TrackIr5 - too sensitive? unwanted moving/pumping

Hi I have problm with my device.
It's moving like on YT video
https://youtu.be/frVz0C8qLLY
It's moving/drifting even if I not moving my head.
I'm wearing glasses (which you can see red spots in camera mode when I put my head up) but the problem is same if I take my glasses off.
I've tried different settings (changing Light Filter threshold and IR brightness) as you can see on video on YT but it doesn't help.
I have TrackIr Clip for the cap and TrackIr Pro clip and problem is same on both.
Distance to my camera is about 70 cm (about 28 inch)
Can anyone help with this

Hi grabek77,
Are you using the default profiles? Have you tried creating one with a deadzone near the center? See pages 15-16 in the user manual for guidance on changing the motion curve:
https://d1rhoi6onixddn.cloudfront.net/d ... Manual.pdf. You can also try looking at Camera View to confirm whether there is any light interference (red spots) that may be affecting the movement. I would also check the surface of your TrackIR camera to confirm whether there are any scratches on it that might distort the incoming light.
Do you get the same issue when using the TrackClip, rather than the TrackClip Pro?
Kind Regards,

Yes I've been using default profile and I've tried create new one but it doesn't matter what profile I choose, problem exists.
I found probably guilty part, camera has minimial scratches on the surface.
Thanks for show me point where it might be a problem.
Edit:
I took off front cover of the camera and connected it again and problem didn't disappear so I think minimal scratches on the front of camera aren't a problem. I don't have any red dot's on the camera screen in the app. So I think problem is somewhere else.

Hi grabek77,
Were you able to try using the deadzone profile? The movements shown in the video are small - I am wondering if it is related to tiny motions, such as when you breathe.
Do you see the same issue when using the TrackClip (hat clip)?
Kind Regards,

Yes I've tried both hat clip and trackir pro clip - same result.
I've tried deadzone aswell - no results.
Small movement is always even I put hat clip/trackir pro clip on my desk.

Hi grabek77,
I would try increasing the smoothing setting to see if that reduces the small movements. Are the movements causing significant impact to your game play?
Kind Regards,

Hi grabek77,
I would recommend testing your TrackIR hardware on a different computer to see if the issue is possibly related to your specific camera or if it may be a software issue.
Kind Regards,
