track IR 5.5.0.137 update issues
Hello! I just installed the new software update. I've noticed a couple things worth mentioning. First, the update erased my stored profile curves. Not the profile... it just reset the profile to a new install. I'm also seeing an issue with centering. Hitting the center button no longer returns to center. It returns somewhat (within 10 degrees) and then slowly drifts towards center, but stops around 5 degrees. If trying to hold center, it now drifts up to 5 degrees on its own. I'm doing testing with a hat clip on a stationary platform (a box). There is also a lot of lag induced now. .25 to .50 of a second before movement. it also takes exaggerated head movements in order to see the pointer move. While watching the oiler angles, they do move with the slightest movement of the clip, they're just not being translated into screen movement. any ideas?

Hi Valknut777,
We appreciate the feedback, and I have passed it along to our development team. I did want to ask if you have the camera connected directly to a USB on your computer (not through a USB hub or extender). Can you verify that the center button is still the one you have been using (i.e. F12 is the default), and that it wasn't inadvertently changed to a different button?
Kind Regards,

Re: track IR 5.5.0.137 update issues
Installed 5.5.0 and Warthunder 2.37.0.129 did not recognise TrackIR as running nor did TrackIR recognise a compatible game as there was no second green light. TrackIR software detected TrackClip Pro and followed head movements with no issue.
Tried restarting both TrackIR and Warthunder which did not resolve the issue. Then did a full restart of the PC making sure to run TrackIR first and then launched Warthunder which still did not detect TrackIR running on the 5.5.0. build.
Reverted to 5.4.2.27545 and warthunder immediately picked up that trackIR was running and Track IR showed a compatible game with second green light. Head movements were detected in game as expected.

Re: track IR 5.5.0.137 update issues
Thank you all for these reports. I have notified our developer of the issue. If you have any other details to add, such as error messages in Event Viewer, please let us know so we can track down the source of the issue quickly. In the meantime, it sounds like reverting to 5.4.2 is successful as we continue to make changes to the new version.
