Hi there
Just wanted to say that the new version 5.5.1.192 is not working properly on my computer (Win 10). Ive installed it and it is working ok with your software, i.e it shows head movement etc and the left light on the sensor is lit up. But it does not show up in any game.
In ARMA 3 and MSFS 2020 it is not showing up in the controllers section as it normily does. The right hand light on the sensor remains off.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it as admin and running it as admin also to no effect. The games list is up to date too.
I am going to uninstall and install the previous 5.5.0 version which was working fine yesterday. I've used it for years with no problems before.
I see other people are also having problems with it not showing up in games. I hope you find a solution.
Regards
Chris

Ive sorted it out.
I uninstalled everything, the trackir software AND the naturalpoint drivers using windows control panel.
I then unplugged the hardware from computer. Installed software as admin again.
I ran the trackir software but it wasnt showing and the left light on the sensor was off also.
I checked the properties of the trackir hardware in windows control panel and it said there were no drivers for it.
So i clicked on update drivers and pointed it to the folder c:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64\npusbio_x64
I started the trackir software up again and the light came on.
I started ARMA 3 and it was working again.
Hopes this helps someone with similar problems.
Thanks for making Trackir, i couldnt be without it.
Regards,
Chris

Hey Chris,
Thanks for the update. 5.5.1 isn't copying over some files correctly if you install it over another version. You figured out a good work around. Also running the installer again, and using the "repair" will work.
