When I plug my TIR in my X36 stops responding or it behaves sluggish in the control panel. Tried the newest beta and official driver but no change. My specs: PIV 2.0, 512 ram, 9700 pro w 3.6 driver, Win XP.
My casing has 2 USB ports in the back and 2 in the front. Tried swapping between them wo any changes. Do I need an external USB hub or what?

Have heard in the past that this is symptomatic of overloaded USB, apparently the TIR unit really hammers it, so going to a USB card or external hub might be the only way around it. I've got no problems with my X-45, and have also got the rudder pedals hooked up (3 devices altogether).

I often use an X36 with my trackIR, so I would first recommend that you make sure that they are on separate hubs.
