5.5 (ANY) Unable to boot at all. Had to use a driver wipe to all Win10 to even boot.

Are you running Citrix Workspace? There is a conflict between the Citrix Indirect Display Adapter and the TrackIR software. This site describes a workaround for this issue: https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/ ... 2/?l=latam.
