Linux implementation in Camera SDK

Hi friends,
I recently purchased a single PrimeX 13W for evaluation purposes and have been experimenting with the Camera SDK code samples. I noticed that the code for the ActiveMarker demo is split into Windows and Linux implementations. Is it possible for me to run the Linux implementation?
