I have a question. What are the best practices for troubleshooting and calibrating TrackIR or OptiTrack systems for gaming and motion capture setups? I'm encountering occasional tracking issues and would appreciate any advice or resources shared on this forum.

The best way to begin troubleshooting with the TrackIR software is to switch the view to Camera view. Look for any anomalies, such as tracking dots turning red or red blobs in the background. This can happen if there are other sources of IR light hitting the camera, besides what it is expecting, or if the camera loses sight of one or more of the reflectors or LEDs.
