MSFS2024 NOT in game list

Hello,

I have the last version of trackIR and no mather what I try, it is impossible to have it working on MSFS 2024.

Version 5.5.3 (I tried uninstalling, installing older versions, driver reinstalling etc...)
Game Updates: "Your Game list is up to date" BUT MSFS 2024 does NOT appear in the game list

What should I do?
Any help appreciated!

Hello adrienlelapin,

Have you tried running the TrackIR software as an Administrator, and then updating the Games List? MSFS 2024 should be showing in the Title list as MS Flight Simulator 2024 (just under MS Flight Simulator 2020).

Yes, I tried both as administrator and normaly (same with MSFS2024). No mater what I do, it is writen that the game list is up to date and MS Flight Simulator 2024 does not appears (I have 2002 2004 2020 and X).

I have green and orange light in status (bottom right) and on top:
Device : TrackIR5 #XXX
Profile : Default (Tried other profiles and exclusive)
Title: None.

I am using track IR for a very long time...never had to come to this forum...In MSFS 2020 my track IR works perfectly ever
in MSFS I cannot get it to work(see all attachments)...can someone help

Hello Bombachek,

I am not able to see the attachments. Have you tried updating the games list and then restarting the TrackIR software? If that doesn't work, please use the contact form on our website to reach out to us, and we can provide a copy of the games list that can be manually uploaded to your computer.
