I ordered a track Ir on December 2nd 2024. The order was place directly on https://www.trackir.com/products and my funds have been removed from my account.

I have not received and further notification of shipment or otherwise, with the exception of an order confirmation e-mail.

I tried to contact sales@naturalpoint.com and received nothing in reply.

What is up with this company? Is it a fake? Am I being scammed?

If you ordered from our website, I can assure you we are not a fake, nor are you being scammed. Have you checked your spam folder to make sure there is no update from us there? When did you send the email? In the future, please use the contact form on our website instead to be sure that the request is routed to the correct team: https://www.trackir.com/help (make sure to select Sales or order inquires as the request type). Please note that our team does not respond outside of normal business hours, so if your inquiry was sent this weekend, you may not receive a reply until today.

I did check with our sales team, and they noted that we are experiencing a higher volume of inquiries right now, so there may be delays in getting an email response. If you have not received an order update by the end of the day, please reach out again using the contact form and they will verify when your order will ship.
