Is there a complaints department for the vector expansion.
I have receieved my clip and the workmanship is rather shoddy.
As of yet I have recieved no reply to my e-mail.
I hope someone can advise me.

I am sure you can reach someone at sales@naturalpoint.com. The folks at NP are currently spending a great deal of time getting the units out to customers so that everyone will have them by Christmas.

I apoligize about the clip. If you could please inform me of your address because you bought this from a dealer so I do not have your info available to me.

I would be very intrested if you could let me know by e-mail where you bought your clip from.
