How To Save Profile?

If I upgrade the software in the future how do we ensure our bespoke profiles are not lost?

If you upgrade while you have version 4.0 installed you will be given the opportunity to back up your profiles automatically within the software.
If you are upgrading from the version 3.0 software then these are not compatable with the new software.
