TrackIR (V5) starts direct in Systemtray and cant`t enlarged
Hello, I have the following problem: Track IR5 is started in the system tray when I start the Windows 11 PC. When I want to enlarge it, I see an empty window, which disappears back into the system tray when I click on it. Uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as cleaning the registry, didn't help. Does anyone have any idea what that could be? LG Verena

Hello Obermaus,
In the software, can you access the wrench tool to change the settings to prevent the software from starting or minimizing to the system tray? Are you able to upload a photo or video to a third party site (like Youtube) and share it here?
If the software initially looks normal but shows a black screen where there should be a grid, then this may be due to a conflict with a graphics driver. For example, some users have found that AMD Catalyst can cause this issue, and reverting to an older version of the AMD Catalyst software may help.
If that doesn't help, you may also need to try deleting the Settings.xml and ProfileMap.dat from this folder: C:\Users\[your.username]\AppData\Roaming\NaturalPoint\TrackIR 5, and then relaunching the software.
Please let me know if you still need assistance.
Kind Regards,
